My association with IAME began in early 2008. Alongside my surgical practice, I focus on mentoring residents and medical students through practical guidance and structured learning support.

Our training model is built on strong faculty involvement, consistent feedback, and student-centered coaching that improves confidence and exam readiness.

I am primarily involved in clinical-year support and actively work to improve rotation quality across partner hospitals in the United States.

IAME is committed to making high-quality training and job support accessible for deserving students, and it is rewarding to see learners achieve their goals.
